John Bordenkircher, CKBR

OWNER & DESIGNER

John is a 1986 graduate of both Tri-County North High School and Montgomery County Career Technology Center. His career began with the Iams Company, working in the Research and Development Center for 10 years. Inspired by Clay Mathile, the owner of Iams, John made the jump into the entrepreneurial world and started a Kitchen Solvers franchise in Dayton, Ohio in 1997. In 1999, he and his wife Carrie opened a showroom in Brookville, Ohio. With business continuing to grow, in 2004 they opened an additional design studio in Mason, Ohio. In 2006, John was inducted into the Miami Valley CTC Hall of Fame.

John and his team then launched Kircher Design and Build in 2007, to allow the company to expand its talent for bathroom and basement remodeling as well as to build room additions and decks. John is a Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR) and is the primary designer for Kircher Design and Build. John was elected President of the 2009 Miami Valley chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
