Lead Carpenter
Role and Responsibilities: The primary goal of the Lead Carpenter is to deliver a great project, as sold to our clients. A Lead Carpenter has the closest relationship with our clients throughout the remodeling experience and should instill confidence and assurance in them during the project.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: Experience required in the management of others, schedules, and customer service
• Higher education and/or training preferred
• Must be able to perform most tasks required in the remodeling industry (i.e. electric, plumbing, tile, painting, drywall, and carpentry – rough and finish)
