The Kircher Process

At Kircher Design and Build, we put much time and effort not only in what we do but also in how we do it. Our experienced team can create a design you’ll love and build it exactly as you intended to create the perfect home remodel to express your family’s style and personality. But more than just creating the design and building the space, our team works with our customers to solve design challenges that may arise and eliminate problems that may hinder you from your dream home. We provide solutions for our customers so that your dream can become a reality.

  • Step 1: Initial Conversation

    STEP 1: INITIAL CONVERSATION

    The Kircher Process begins with a conversation between you and one of our team members. We will briefly discuss your project and answer any questions you have. At the end of the conversation, if we are a good fit for each other, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation with one of our interior designers.

  • Step 2: In-Home Consultation

    STEP 2: IN-HOME CONSULTATION

    One of our interior designers will come to your home and discuss your specific wants and needs for your home project. We will walk with your around your home for size comparison and to see the area that needs remodeling. We will address your timeline, budget, and answer any other questions you may have.

  • Step 3: The Design

    STEP 3: THE DESIGN

    This is the fun part of the project. Our design team will take all the information they have gathered about your remodel and develop the schematic drawings for your new space. You will then be able to review and revise the layout to make the space fit your family’s style and needs.

  • Step 4: Construction Contract

    STEP 4: CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

    Our team will create the relevant construction documents to illustrate the details of the project, such as floor plan and finishes. A team member will meet you at one of our show rooms where you can finalize your product selections. We can then order your products and schedule a start date for your project.

  • Step 5: The Build

    STEP 5: THE BUILD

    Your home remodel can now begin! Our team will work to stay on schedule and keep you updated on the progress of your project. We keep our work areas clean so you can still enjoy your home during your remodel. This is the phase you’ll get to see your dream project become a reality.

  • Step 6: Finishing Touches

    STEP 6: FINISHING TOUCHES

    Our team will wrap up any finishing touches to the project before heading out. Your dream project has now been made a reality. We hope you love every detail and enjoy your new living space every single day. We believe in what we do and offer a two-year warranty on our work.
